What happens after my lead is submitted?
Once your lead is submitted, our internal team will review and potentially qualify your referral. You’ll be able to track the status of all your referrals inside your dashboard.
How can I track the status of the submitted lead?
You can see the status of all of your PartnerStack referrals in the “referral” section of your dashboard.
How will I know when an approved lead becomes a closed lead?
PartnerStack will send notifications when the lead is closed-won.
How does deal registration work?
You will be registering all deals you work through your partner dashboard. Once registered, the deals will sync with our internal CRM to give us visibility into & allow us to support you on your sales! As you work the deal, update the stages to keep us informed on your pipeline. Once closed, our team will review and verify the sale.
How long do cookies last for?
We use Cookies to track your referrals. The cookies last for 90 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 90 days starts again.
How do I earn rewards?
Payments are verified and paid out the month after your commission is earned. For example, any commissions earned in February will be available March 13th. Want to learn more? Check out our support article on How you get paid for more information.
How are rewards paid?
Once available to withdraw, rewards can be withdrawn from your dashboard using PayPal or Stripe.
