Who is eligible to join the partner referral program?
The program is open to Affiliates, Agency Partners, Publishers, and Referral Partners based in supported regions (Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Ireland).
What permissions do I need before submitting a lead?
Before submitting a lead, you should always have your client’s permission to share their details with us.
Can I refer someone who’s already in your system or CRM?
Referrals are only valid for new prospects who are not already in our CRM.
Can I track the status of my submitted leads?
You’ll be able to monitor the progress of your referrals directly in PartnerStack.
How much commission/reward will I earn per referral?
Each valid referral earns a set cash payment, with the amount depending on your region and currency.
Is there a cap on how many referrals I can submit?
You can submit as many referrals as you’d like—there’s no cap.
What minimum client retention period is required for commission to be valid (e.g., 90 days)?
Referred clients need to remain active for a minimum of 60 days for the reward to be payable.
When will I get paid my referral commission?
Referral payments are processed within 30 days of invoice submission following your monthly statement.
What currency will my commission be paid in?
Payments are made in your local currency where possible, or in USD or another designated currency if required.
What happens if two partners refer the same lead?
If multiple partners refer the same client, the referral is awarded to the first valid submission.
Am I allowed to present myself as an agent or representative of your company?
All of our partners act independently and may not represent themselves as employees or agents of Tradify.
Will I still be paid for valid referrals if the program ends?
Valid referrals submitted before the program ends will still be honored and paid in line with the terms.
How will I be informed of updates to the program terms?
Any changes to the program will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice via PartnerStack and email.
