Spiky.ai partners with two main groups: Resellers and Referrals. Reseller Partners: CRM providers, CRM resellers, sales enablement platforms, startup hubs, AI and analytics companies, and go-to-market consultants who integrate or resell Spiky.ai solutions to enhance their portfolios with conversation intelligence and real-time coaching capabilities.
Referral Partners : These are creators, consultants, and community leaders who help drive qualified self-serve signups to Spiky.ai by promoting the platform to their audiences. Together, these partnerships help more revenue teams adopt AI-driven insights that improve performance, coaching quality, and pipeline accuracy.

Are there any rules or restrictions for the Spiky.ai partner program?
Spiky.ai’s Partner Program includes the following guidelines: Commission eligibility: Partners earn commissions on sales of Pro, Premium, and Enterprise plans. The Plus plan is excluded from commission payouts.
Active partnership requirement: Partners must submit at least one deal or demonstrate active collaboration during the year. Inactive partners, those without any deal submissions or engagement, will not be eligible for contract renewal or extension.
Territory evaluation: To maintain balanced regional coverage and ensure fair opportunity, Spiky.ai evaluates each new partner's territory before approval to avoid excessive overlap within the same region.
