About Oyster®

Oyster® is the HR platform for globally-distributed companies. We help to hire, pay, and provide benefits to your team across borders.

Offer structure

Earn 10% monthly commissions on all sales during the customer's first year (monthly billing)
Earn 15% one-off commission on all sales during the customer's first year (yearly billing)
Get a one-time bonus of $250 when your 1st referred customer onboards their first full-time employee
Get a one-time bonus of $500 when your 2nd referred customer onboards their first full-time employee
Earn 20% monthly commissions on all sales during the customer's first year (monthly or yearly billing) - after referring 10 paying customers

How long do commissions last for?

Unless otherwise stated, commissions last for the lifetime of the account

When do I get paid?

Payments are verified and paid-out the month after your commission is earned. For example, any commissions earned in February will be available March 13th. Want to learn more? Check out our support article on how you get paid for more information.

How are commissions paid?

Once available to withdraw, commissions can be withdrawn from your dashboard using PayPal or Stripe.
