How do I earn rewards?
You will earn rewards for each Qualified Referral that signs up for a paid plan, and processes their first subscription payment to Firework. The commission structure will be outlined in your partner agreement. Referral fees are paid based on the Qualified Referral’s initial sign-up of a paid plan.
How long do Rewards last for?
The rewards commission period will be stated in your specific partner’s group.
When do I get paid?
Once you have been accepted into the Program, you can submit a lead to Firework in one of the following two ways:
(i) Register the Lead in the Partner Portal: Use the Partner Portal to directly register your lead.
(ii) Referral via Your Unique Partner Referral Link: Share your unique partner referral link, and the lead can register themselves. A “Lead” is defined as a sales prospect for Firework Products, identified by the Partner to Firework via the Lead Submission Process.
What is the definition of a qualified referral?
“Qualified Referral” means a lead submitted by Partner: (i) that is not a current customer or a prospect currently in communications with Firework or its affiliates or Company’s or its affiliates’ resellers, sales agents or other partners at the time of the submission; and (ii) who signs up for Firework’s Pro/Enterprise Plan or a monthly plan via Shopify. Approval and acceptance of any leads or any sale of Firework’s products or services shall be at Firework’s reasonable discretion.
What happens after my lead is submitted?
Once a Referral is submitted for consideration, our internal team will review and potentially qualify your Referral. If Qualified, you will arrange the introductory virtual meeting between the Qualified Referral and Firework.
How can I track the status of the submitted lead?
You can see the status of your Firework Referral in your dashboard’s “referral” section.
How will I know when an approved lead becomes a closed lead?
Firework will send notifications when the Qualified Referral has completed the introductory meeting with the Firework sales team. You can also track a lead’s status on your PS dashboard.
