About Databox

How the Databox Program Works

How long do commissions last for?

20% commissions last for 12 months from the date a referred customer becomes paying. You’ll earn recurring commission on that customer’s subscription for a full year, as long as their subscription remains active.

How do I get paid?

At the end of each month, your commissions are calculated and available for cash-out via PayPal.

When do I get paid?

Payments are verified and paid-out the month after your commission is earned. For example, any commissions earned in February will be available March 16th.

How long do cookies last for?

We use Cookies to track your referrals. The cookies last for 90 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 90 days starts again.

What promotion methods are allowed?

Most organic promotion methods are allowed, including content, social media, email marketing, and community outreach. However, paid ads are limited, and you may not bid on Databox branded keywords or close variations, including misspellings.

What resources or promo materials are available?

You can access all available promotional resources directly inside your PartnerStack account, including templates, product visuals, guides, videos, brand guidelines, and other ready-to-use assets.

Can I refer my own company or personal account?

No. Self-referrals are not eligible for commission. This includes companies you own or are employed by.
