How long do commissions last for?
Commercial Partners Speak to a CleverTap Partner Manager, write to [email protected] Affiliate Partners Commissions are tied to distinct funnel milestones, up through Accounts Onboarded. Accounts Onboarded commissions are paid monthly, based on client payments received, for the client's first year only - renewals and expansions are not commissionable for affiliate referrals. If a client's relationship with CleverTap ends before completing a year, payouts stop after the last payment received.
When do I get paid?
Commercial Partners Speak to a CleverTap Partner Manager, write to [email protected] Affiliate Partners The standard payout timing above applies once a commission is earned - but for affiliates, when something becomes "earned" varies by milestone: Fixed fees are reconciled quarterly, becoming earned in the month following each quarter's conversions. Accounts Onboarded commissions become earned monthly, aligned with client payments received - beginning after the client's first payment (which can take anywhere from a few months to longer, depending on trial/POC length).
How are commissions paid?
Commercial Partners Commissions are paid out directly by us, straight into your account. In addition: Payouts depend on lead quality and funnel progression, with eligibility criteria applied at each stage. A tiered incentive structure exists - the more high-quality leads and conversions an affiliate drives, the higher the tier (and payout) they unlock. Currently open to affiliates driving qualified traffic from India, Southeast Asia, MEA, and North America.
How do I get paid?
At the end of each month, your rewards are calculated and available for cash-out via PayPal or Stripe (alternative methods available for non-PayPal regions)
How long do cookies last for?
We use Cookies to track your referrals. The cookies last for 90 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 90 days starts again.
